We Have One Life to Do Something

I overslept again :( woke up at 10, was thinking whether to skip since i scared i would be too late to attend. and guess what, angel won surprisingly. When i almost reached school, Amy called me, telling me the physiology lecture has canceled. *speechless* if i was not driving tat time, i think i would do some silly things like go kill the lecturer for telling us so last minute.

Anyway, i still went to school, for the biochemistry tutorial which at 12. Since still have free time, Amy, Ariel and me went to the One life exhibition, exhibits something about AIDS (im not sure whether HIV or AIDS). It has three different stories from three different countries, Malaysia, Cambodia and India. I was given a mp3 and headset. The crew selected Cambodia for me and it would be a story about 'me' ( i was kena set into the gal's situation LOL). Then, i have to walk in, see and feel their situations experientially. Shilly, the Cambodia gal whose daddy died when she was 10, and her mom got remarried after tat, left her alone in the town. So she decided to go find her mom, unfortunately was kena cheated to a something like prostitution house. She had to serve those men to live. At the end kena AIDS.

Abit kesian huh? *sigh* This exhibition is quite meaningful, at least can let us know, let us feel their situations. Well, promise myself, If someday I got $$, i would sponsor those children :( they really need us.
